Who is responsible
CORPRA CAPITAL LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 15398812, is the controller of personal information handled for company enquiries. Contact us at info@corpracapital.com with questions or requests about your information.
This notice covers the Corpra Capital corporate website and enquiries made through its contact email. Weather Father, Allington Advisors, Firm & Portfolio and Wareham Music Group have their own websites; consult the privacy information for the service you use.
Information you give us
When you email us, your message may include your name, email address, organisation, contact details and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use the information relevant to your enquiry to respond, follow up and maintain a record of the correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
You choose whether to contact us. Without sufficient contact details or information about your enquiry, we may be unable to respond.
Why we use it
For ordinary company enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to correspondence, managing business enquiries and maintaining appropriate records. This must be balanced against your rights and reasonable expectations.
Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, or information is needed to perform that contract, the contractual lawful basis may apply instead. Where a specific legal duty requires us to retain or disclose information, we rely on that legal obligation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
How long we keep enquiry emails
OUR RETENTION POLICY
- Routine enquiries: we keep relevant correspondence for up to 12 months after the enquiry closes, then delete or anonymise it so individuals can no longer be identified. An enquiry closes when it is resolved; if correspondence stops without resolution, we use the date of the last substantive exchange.
- Enquiries that become client or project work: we move only necessary correspondence into the relevant client or project record. Its retention follows that record’s documented purpose and schedule; the routine-enquiry period does not automatically apply to it.
- Complaints, disputes or legal obligations: we retain only the information needed for the matter or obligation. We record the reason, applicable retention requirement and next review date, and delete the information when that need ends.
- Spam and irrelevant unsolicited messages: we normally delete these within 30 days, unless needed to investigate fraud or a security issue.
Our policy requires quarterly reviews of enquiry records to identify upcoming deletion dates and ensure they are kept no longer than the periods above. Retention is based on need, not simply on available mailbox storage.
Deletion from active email records does not necessarily remove all backup copies immediately. Backup copies remain subject to the email service’s recovery and expiry arrangements and are not used for routine correspondence.
Who may receive information
We limit access to people who need it to handle the enquiry, and service providers supporting email and IT. Relevant information may also be shared with professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. Our email and hosting services may process information outside the UK. Where required, transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or recognised contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Cookies and website activity
The current website has no contact form, analytics, advertising trackers, subscriptions or tracking cookies. Images and fonts do not require third-party services. The email link opens your email application; messages are handled through email rather than submitted through a website form.
Website hosting and security
This website is hosted by Vercel. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, request timestamps and browser or device information. This supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. Our basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website.
Technical records are subject to the hosting service’s operational, security and retention arrangements; the enquiry-email retention period does not apply to them. We do not operate a separate visitor analytics database. For the provider’s processing details, see Vercel’s privacy notice and data processing terms.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exemptions.
To make a request, email info@corpracapital.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests should normally receive a response within one month; where the law permits an extension, you should be told why.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to contact us first, although we welcome the opportunity to address a concern.

This notice will be updated when the website or the way personal information is handled changes. The published version will show its last-updated date.
